The IU Indianapolis Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is responsible for overseeing the university’s fulfillment of, and compliance with, IU’s Non-Discrimination Policy, as well as with the range of civil rights laws that apply to our employment opportunities.
- Monitoring campus employment practices (both faculty and staff)
- Guiding search and screen committees of fair hiring practices
- Encouraging all employees to reflect on their employment through our exit interview process
