Mission
OIE's mission is to eliminate barriers that inhibit individuals from attaining equal access to employment and education. OIE supports the campus in the following ways:
- Coordinating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and removing accessibility barriers
- Helping to establish equitable employment opportunities and overseeing compliance
- Investigating discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct complaints
- Assisting the campus through education and partnerships
